Hello! Thank you for your interest in making an appointment with ECS Performance. We’re excited to help you out with whatever installations, service, diagnostic, or upgrading you have in mind. For our customers that are looking to schedule sizeable jobs and several hour long appointments we now will be taking a deposit before putting your project on the schedule. If your appointment is estimated to be over $1000 we require this $100 deposit to be made before we put you on the schedule. This deposit will be applied to your invoice so long as you show up for your appointment. In the event that you no-show for your appointment or ask to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit and a second deposit will be required to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have any questions, please email sales@ecs-performance.com and we’ll get you taken care of.
