Accepted forms of Payment
ECS accepts the following forms of payment. Cash, Certified Funds, Wire Transfer ( Upon Request ) as well the follow Credit Cards : Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note that a (3% Admin fee will be assessed on all Credit Card transactions.
All pricing is subject to change without prior notice. ECS reserves the right to adjust the price of any product sold through the Website at any time in our sole discretion. In the event that a product is listed on the Website at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, the Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, the Company shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
ECS collects information from you when you register on our site, place an order, or subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. Rest assured we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. All credit card transactions are processed on a secure server and, for those who don’t feel comfortable submitting this information online; you can always call us via Phone.
ECS Performance’s policy on obtaining records is as follows: ECS Performance will only release records to the person whose name appears on the invoice. If you wish to obtain records for a vehicle that was serviced by ECS Performance and are not the person named on the invoice, you will need to contact the person whose name appears on the invoice and have them request their records. To obtain said records, ECS Performance requires the person named on the invoice to contact ECS Performance in writing (i.e., Email) to obtain them. Under no circumstance will records be released to any person or organization other than the Invoicee.
This Agreement shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be an appropriate state or federal court located in Connecticut.
Conditions and Changes
Returns & Cancellations
All returns & cancellations are up to the sole discretion of ECS. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the placed order. In the event the order has been packaged, and a tracking number has been created a cancellation will not be allowed. Special order items cannot be cancelled at any time once the order is processed. A 20% restocking fee may be applicable on all authorized returns, canceled orders (special or otherwise, shipped or unshipped) in addition to any original shipping fees. Made to Order, Special order, Clearance items, or Open Box parts are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return. The Customer will be responsible for all Return shipping fees.
We understand there are times when it’s necessary to return part or all of your purchase. If you need to return a product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to process your return. Please contact a Customer Support Representative via phone, or Returns@ecs-peformance.com and we will issue an RMA on products eligible for return.
Once an item is returned, your refund and the way your refund is issued will vary depending on the condition of the item and the overall age of the order. Your refund will be issued minus whatever fees were specified by your customer support representative upon receiving your RMA# and return information. Cancellations will be refunded in full unless noted otherwise.
In the case a refund is issued, it may take between 3-5 business days before your return is received, inspected, and processed.
Please Note: Due to the advanced scheduling complexity of having a skilled calibrator here for your Dyno appointment. Dyno Deposits, are NON – REFUNDABLE, and NON – TRANSFERABLE. In the event a Dyno appointment needs to be rescheduled, a 2nd deposit will be required to book the appointment as well.
All products carry the Manufacturer’s warranty. ECS does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products, unless stated otherwise. In the unfortunate event of any product failure, all warranty claims must be made through the products original manufacturer or vendor. We would be more than happy to assist with the process, in the event of a warranty claim.
ECS warranties its Labor practices for a period of 3 Months or 3000 Miles, Which ever comes first.
Used Car Warranty
ECS offers a 30 day or 1,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first) unless purchasing a 3rd party warranty offered at the time of sale.
In the event of a vehicle being serviced at ECS the customer will be granted 5 days post completion of authorized service to settle outstanding balances and take delivery of the vehicle. If the balance is not settled and the vehicle remains on ECS’ premise exceeding the 5 days post completion of service, storage rates will start to accumulate on the outstanding balance. Please see rates below.
Vehicles under 20′:
- -Inside: $50.00/per day.
- -Outside: $40.00/per day.
Vehicles 20′ – 32′:
- Inside: $60.00/per day.
- Outside: $46.00/per day.
Vehicles over 32′:
- Inside: $70.00/per day.
- Outside: $50.00/per day.
