Furthermore, you, the customer, will not hold East Coast Swappers LLC: DBA “ECS PERFORMANCE”, or its officers, owners, managers or staff, liable for any damage that may occur during the Dynamometer process. East Coast Swappers LLC: DBA “ECS PERFORMANCE”, reserves the right to decline or discontinue our Dynamometer services for any reason at any time. By signing this waiver, you, the customer, authorizes East Coast Swappers LLC: DBA “ECS PERFORMANCE”, and its employees to operate the vehicle in the manner and to the limits stated above. ** Should mechanical issues arise during tuning; repairs made during a scheduled dyno session will be billed at $150.00 per hour straight time (actual time recorded) in addition to the tuning cost.
